Q. What email notifications do I get sent from Booking Space?

A. As a default, you will be sent 3 different type of email notifications from Booking Space.

  1. You will receive a confirmation when you have made a booking

  2. You will receive a notification that your booking is about to start, 15 minutes before the event

  3. You will receive a notification if someone includes you in a booking

Q. How do I turn off email notifications?

A. Navigate to Account settings by clicking on your profile on the top right corner. Half way down the page, you will see a toggle for your email notifications. If the toggle is showing purple (swiped right) then this is on. To turn this off, move it to the left and the colour will be white.

Q. Why do I not get calendar reminders?

A. Currently, we only sync with Google calendars. If you are using Google Calendar and your calendar has not synced, navigate to Account Settings from your profile. You will see an Integration section and here you will see Google Calendar. If it is showing purple, then it should be syncing with your calendar and events should be added. If it is white, then the calendar is not synced. To sync, just move the toggle from left to right.
