Q. What are Dashboards?

A. Dashboards can be created by Admins to provide a summary of the availability of a resource or a collections of resources. As an example, outside a room, you may want to show a display to show whether it is Busy, Busy Soon or Available. If you have a collection of meeting rooms all in one area, perhaps you want 1 dashboard displaying on a screen to show an overview of all the rooms.

Q. How can I create a Dashboard?

A. As an Admin you will see on the Organisational Settings page an area called Dashboard management. Click on this and you will be able to create your dashboards.

You will need to give your Dashboard a name, and where applicable choose the relevant Building ( you will find a drop down of the Buildings which have been created - simply pick one). If you then click into Assets (these are your Shared Resources) you will see a a list of available resources which you can add. You can preview what the dashboard display will look like and if you are happy then click the "Create dashboard" button.

Q. How can I view, edit or delete a Dashboard?

A. Once you have created a dashboard, as an Admin you can go and view or edit the dashboard at any time. Navigate to Dashboard management through Organisation settings, and click on the 3 dots on the right hand side next to the url of the dashboard. Here you can view, edit or delete the specific dashboard.

To remove a shared resource from a dashboard, go to edit mode and click on the name of the resource you wish to remove. This will then remove it. You can add different resources as you wish. Click Update dashboard and you will have your new dashboard ready to go.
